    One of the reasons why I love Scrabble3D application is that because single Scrabble games with large tile set such as 500 tiles or 1000 tiles can be played in it, either with large 2D boards or with small 3D boards.
    Tamil is my native language and games with large diverse letter set can be simulated in it, with large number of letters being sparsely used. Also that number of tiles in rack can be varied inbetween 2 and 20.
    Even having 20 tiles in the rack does not slow down the performance of computer opponent players by that much for large 2D boards and small 3D boards. Small 2D boards would not represent all of large letter set and large 3D boards would slow down the performance of computer opponent players significantly enough.
    Do you think that other people would not be interested in playing games with 500 tiles or 1000 tiles, then?

    Or do you think that other people would not be wise enough to refer to here for frequency of each character in the Tamil dictionary?
    Or do you think that other people would not be wise enough to modify the letter set by themselves according on to their own tastes before starting on a game to play of Scrabble with 2D or 3D and board size according on to their own wishes?

    This is a question for which it would be good enough to have your joint opinion with me. I have provided the dictionary. You can also generate a letter set for 100 tiles, or may be at least for 200 tiles, if it is at least OK for you, by yourself, based (depending) upon the frequency of the different characters that are being used in the dictionary.

    How about 95 predefined tiles, 3 random tiles and 2 blank tiles? Or would it be better to have 90 predefined tiles, 8 random tiles and 2 blank tiles? If I were to implement classic Scrabble, or at least Superscrabble for Tamil, if it is at least OK for you, then for best results I would always generate random tiles for it respecting the frequency of the different characters that are being used in the dictionary.

    Random tiles respecting the frequency of the different characters that are being used in the dictionary can also be generated by the players by making use of a computer program prior to the start of a game to be played. And that letter set (and that character distribution) would be different for each of the games to be played.

    Remember Yahoo! Literati, randomly generated tile set at end of each player's turn and not at the start of the played game? So that if a tile is swapped then the same tile is not guaranteed to come back again at all returning later onwards within the game to be played. Points of tiles in that varies from 1 points to 5 point only, 0 points for blank tile and that supports English Scrabble only. 1 point tiles: ACDEGILMNORSTU, 2 point tiles: BHP, 3 point tiles: FKY, 4 point tiles: VW, 5 point tiles: JQXZ. Letter set (character distribution), dictionary, number of blank tiles, number of random tiles, number of tiles that are being used within rack, everything can be customized within Scrabble3D application prior to the start of a game to be played.

    Large number of characters would round down to 0 in Tamil tile set if it were implemented enough only for a smaller tile set. Contrary to your own opinion, in my own humble opinion, for a smaller tile set, it would be much better off to divide down from the precise requirement of each character that is represented (got) in a larger letter set for any played game of Scrabble, rather than (instead of) multiplying up the requirements for a larger tile set from a smaller tile set, which would always be rounded as a multiple of the multiplier used from the original (base) number of the tile set that is being used, rather than (instead of) representing (getting) the precise requirement of each character in a larger letter set for any played game of Scrabble, then.

    Please note that it is Tamizh and not Tamilzh, kindly enough. The voiced retroflex approximant is replaced by making use of the voiced alveolar lateral approximant and not appended (concatenated or juxtaposed next) to it at all, then.

    Tamil.dic contains all of the words with meanings and Tamizh.dic contains all of the words without meanings, both of them can be parsed by using Scrabble3D application as a program. I would suggest to consider the Tamil.dic, the one single dictionary file containing all of the words with meanings.
    If you do not have an issue with attaching large files, then you can consider Tamil.dic. If you want shorter files, then you can consider Tamizh.dic.
    Larger files should take long time only while loading, and Tamil.dic is not too big enough file. Computer opponent player's performance, especially for smaller enough 3D boards and then not even for larger enough 2D boards should not depend upon size of dictionary, but only let alone number of words that are being present within the dictionary, isn't it?
    Incidentally that all of types of file formats are not supported to be attached here, and they need to be zipped, so that multiple files of them can be combined together within one single zip file.

    Tamizh is the native and then local pronounciation of Tamil. The l that is being present in the word of Tamil is voiced retroflex approximant, and then not for voiced alveolar lateral approximant at all.

    Within this forum, there exists no feature of fewer enough minute gap inbetween any of types of 2 successive posted messages at all, isn't it? Usually some forums, in order to avoid with spam, might ask for unregistered guest users and newly registered users having within fewer enough number of posted messages to verify for a captcha code to check out it is really human posting messages manually and then not automated computer programs can be easily programmed to read them at all, isn't it? Captcha is something that is being easily for humans manually and then not automated computer programs, unlike most of the another tasks.

    It did not take too much of effort, just a few days of work from Tamil Lexicon published by using University of Madras, when I was curious to try out Tamil Scrabble by myself in Scrabble3D application as a program which I longed in for many years put together as a combined enough measure only, actually. I would love to try out different types of things, playing the same variant again and again repeatedly is not spicy enough.

    In 2014, I prepared Tamil Scrabble myself, prepared with printed tiles on 2 chart papers pasted with gum on cardboard on front side and back side and cut with scissors, to try out to play with my own family, friends and then relatives. Just remembering simply that there is choice for questions and answers most of the time in Tamil assignments and examinations, I put front side and back side choice of each tile, usually front side and back side would be not combining letters to provide more flexibility on 113 different letters used in Tamil language, excluding all of Sanskrit letters and played with 10 tiles in rack. In Scrabble3D application as a program, there is no front side and back side choice of each tile and is played with 20 tiles in rack. Sanskrit letters of such as those like ஸ, ஜ, ஷ and ஹ but not for ஶ have been included in the Tamil dictionary that is prepared by me from the Tamil Lexicon published by using University of Madras. In my humble opinion, it would be best to replace ஶ by ச.

    It would be good enough to see how different variant of Scrabble goes. Demo is useful to test out for flexibility of dictionary, letter set and number of tiles within the rack. In my own make of Tamil Scrabble, whenever making use of front side or back side choice of each tile, then high scoring rarely used tile may not be always played, it can be pushed for a low scoring frequently used alternative another side tile. Usually that high scoring rarely used tiles have low scoring frequently used letters printed on alternative another side of tile. Also then, similarly that low scoring frequently used tile may not be always played, it can be pushed for a high scoring rarely used alternative another side tile. However, in Scrabble3D application as a program, each tile must be played as it is, no matter if whether it is high scoring or low scoring or rarely used or frequently used, since no making use of front side or back side choice of each tile is being supported. May be that feature could be considered in future set of releasing version within the Scrabble3D application as a program, just simply, if and only if the author would ever be willing enough to work out upon it later onwards, only actually then. In my previously prepared version of Tamil dictionary, I used comma character for lowercase ASCII character of x.     For using both of uppercase and lowercase ASCII characters, then that for convert.dic (with meanings) and convert_lexicon.dic (without meanings), rather than instead of replacing all of types of lowercase ASCII characters with symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary, that for tamil.dic (with meanings) and tamizh.dic (without meanings). Both of (with meanings) and (without meanings) are then valid enough to be read properly enough and used properly enough, then by using Scrabble3D application as a program.

    The letter set is not changed, if you add "a" it will remain lower case. And I was almost sure the dictionary does on loading but in fact no conversion is done.

    I tried out with a test dictionary with words 21, 12, a1 ... z1, 1a ... 1z (a total of 54 words) and by substituting uppercase letters in letter set for their lowercase equivalents in the dictionary, the words were invalid. Same type of thing was holding true for accented characters in the letter set also.

    But try out by yourself with the convert.dic Tamil dictionary file with meanings of words and convert_lexicon.dic dictionary file without meanings of words that I attached under Defective.zip zip file in this post 49 of mine in this thread. Uppercase ASCII letters and lowercase ASCII letters both of them are used in those 2 dictionaries without converting all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary, in convert.dic and convert_lexicon.dic of Defective.zip zip file. If you think that lowercase characters do not converted to their uppercase equivalents on loading the dictionary, then you can see for yourself that lowercase letters of L, P and U were getting interchanged with their uppercase equivalents whenever loading those Tamil dictionaries by using Scrabble3D application. Later I observed that e also had the same behaviour, so that I felt that it would be best enough to change all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary.

    May be that the behaviour might be different for different computer CPU and processor configurations and operating systems. Try out running a demo for yourself by using only computer opponent players, I think that only exactly 4 players are allowed for this, no more or no less, no matter however big or small the size of the board, 2D or 3D, or number of tiles used in the letter set that users have configured in the settings of the program.

    Try out using this Tamil Scrabble letter set, that is at least 1000 units big enough and something that is best fit for 45×45 square board or 15×15×15 cube board.

    Try out loading the 45×45 Scrabble board from Maths1000.ssg saved file or 15×15×15 Scrabble board from Maths1010.ssg saved file to test out demo of Tamil Scrabble from Game.zip zip file that is being attached in my own post 39 in this thread. They are designed and then developed within quite densely enough populated premium squares, rather than instead of sparsely enough populated premium squares that come inbuilt and packed with 15×15×15 Scrabble board and 21×21×21 Scrabble board along with Scrabble3D application that is downloadable from sourceforge.

    In Scrabble3D application, while looking at tiles remaining in the bag, all of the types of the same letter are not always accumulated at one place between two comma separator points, start point or end point, isn't it? This might be becoming the cause for confusion of computer opponent players, either in demo or while playing against human opponent players thereby interchanging all of types of lowercase ASCII letters for their own uppercase equivalents, isn't it?

    By the way that Board.zip zip file locally stored in my own computer contains all board screenshots packed and archived in compressed zip file, that is too big to attach here once again. All of board images as I have played over the days are attached along every progressive and cumulative post of mine in this thread, are attaching them more than once really necessary as that is being packed and archived in compressed zip file? Also that large image files are not accepted to be uploaded directly in this forum, they are attached in addpics.com image uploading website pages and that they can be attached into this forum's posts either directly inline or kept away as an attachment to this forum's posts. However short files, upto maximum size of 12 MB (overall combining all of file sizes in certain post or is it for individual file size?) can be attached directly into this forum's post but that they cannot be placed directly inline, but only let alone kept away as an attachment to this forum's posts. Even JPG and PNG files that are being too large enough to attach here, but only let alone think about of one by one singly pixel 1 or 8 or 16 or 24 or 32 bit colour information that are being stored and encoded bitmap BMP files around. GIF and TIFF files that are being quite small enough than whenever compared to against JPG, PNG and BMP extension formats, but they would be causing loss of colour information whenever compression algorithms are used for storing in that format and they are not quite suitable enough formats of image files to be stored. I wonder that why some of the types of the another image uploading website pages such as those like imgur.com rather than instead of addpics.com are linked to this forum's posts image attachment sakes and then purposes ever, either directly inline or kept away as an attachment to this forum's posts.     In this forum, there is no option to click on number of posts in any forum page and see who posted, depending upon the number of posts in the thread that has been made by each user. This is from forum page which lists all threads in a certain forum and not from thread page which lists all posts in a certain thread.
    Windows WinRAR and 7zip use different compression algorithms to zip several files into one single archived file to attached files of supported format in e-mails, forum posts and WhatsApp messenger individual conversations and group chats. The percentage of compression of each file by every different software that is available is different. So would be also the same type of thing for Windows WinZip and gunzip and bunzip for Linux, Unix and Macintosh operating systems.
    If I quote a post and reply to a post, if an image is attached to it, then it is automatically carried to the next post. But not the same type of thing happens for other types of attached files in this forum.

    It seems that posts made by non-supermods and then non-administrators to all of the forums or non-moderators to a particular (specific) forum cannot be edited after 1 hour period of time has expired. So is the same type of thing happening if a reply is made to a particular post, even if it had been made by me alone.
    I think that Bussinchen has actively subscribed to all of the threads that I have made a post in. He actively logged in into this forum after I think that he had received an e-mail notification to my own subscribed thread and thanked my made post in the thread of Tamil Scrabble, in other languages forum, where all of other languages which are not listed separately above in International group are discussed with, in any further. Or the time that I made the post would be the active period of time that he would actually and usually log in to the forum, it seems so. But he should have thanked that post of mine without actively reading all of the long material and without understanding all of them. After all, he should have trusted me. I believe that none of the German people here know Tamil at all, isn't it?
    This is a German software and unlike isc.ro very few people play online in Scrabble3D application server, and they are mostly German, French, Hungarian or Finnish likely languages dictionaries not supported at isc.ro or at other places. They usually decline my game invitations to be playing with English Scrabble, English phonetic Scrabble and Scrabble with mathematical equations. You can also note that English Phonetic Scrabble from CMU Sphinx is supported in built by making use of Scrabble3D application.

    ý and ÿ accented characters with non-ASCII character values of 253 and 255 respectively are not used by Valluvan Tamil font but loading them by using Scrabble3D application if they are replaced by using some other character that is used in Valluvan Tamil font, namely lowercase ASCII letter of x which has ASCII value of 120 should not present any of problem either at all.
    I am assuming at least those accented non-ASCII characters are not converted into their uppercase equivalents while loading the dictionary by using Scrabble3D application, if not at least for the lowercase ASCII letters which have ASCII value of inbetween 97 and then 122 enough only actually.

    ÿ, ', " are not used by Tamil dictionary.
    ÷ and ø are used only as combined with Sanskrit letters of ^, _, `, a and b.
    I felt that those characters would be left for use of digraphs alone and not get confused as individual letters in dictionary words and not in dictionary meanings.
    All of the other symbols and accented non-ASCII characters which are even not used in digraphs alone but are present in different unused Tamil letters in Valluvan font are used as individual letters in dictionary words and not in dictionary meanings.

    Yes, please go ahead with Tamil.zip zip file that I have attached with this post. I have added a letter set to the dictionary and fixed a few errors. You might be interested in running consistency checks before considering them, isn't it?
    Tamil.zip zip file contains two different dictionary files, tamil.dic with definitions of words and tamizh.dic without definitions of words. For best results, it would be better to change semicolon in tamil.dic to some other character, say colon to display the entire meaning. But if it is long, tamil.dic is fine as it is, as short meaning will be displayed upto first semicolon whenever mouse hovers over any placed word on the Scrabble board.
    I included all of the words that are present in the Tamil Lexicon published by the University of Madras within my own prepared Tamil dictionary and dropping off the words which contain ஶ which is not even part of extended Tamil alphabet but including all of those other words whatever that contain other Sanskrit characters which are ஸ, ஜ, ஷ and ஹ.
    Not all of the inflected forms of each verb are included. It is not an official dictionary, so not all of the words are included in it but if human players want to play online on different computers over a network connection or offline on same computer, then they can validate by poll if a played word is not present in the Tamil dictionary. But if a player wants to play only against any of the computer opponent players, then however strong the performance of the computer may be, not including all of the inflected forms of each verb can be used to limit the performance of the computer opponent players only.

    I have included a letter set with the dictionary by considering the frequency of occurrence of each letter in the Tamil dictionary and that drops off all of the Sanskrit characters. It includes only Tamil native alphabet. Sanskrit characters ஸ, ஜ, ஷ and ஹ but not ஶ are present in the Tamil dictionary and they can be customized in the letter set as per player's wishes by looking here about their frequencies of occurrence of each native character and inflected character in the dictionary.
    Please note that the letter set contains at least 1000 characters and something that is best fit for 45×45 square board or 15×15×15 cube board. It can be changed for smaller boards and smaller letter sets as per player's wishes. But note that Tamil letter set contains too many rarely used characters and it is impossible to represent each letter and balance the letter set for smaller board and fewer tiles. If Scrabble3D application contains a feature that generates random tiles depending upon frequency of occurrence of each character in the linked dictionary, then it is possible to generate random letter set for smaller board and fewer tiles.

    My version of dictionary is more readable and flexible. I am joining the frequently used vowels ி, ீ, ு, ூ and ் with their consonants, but some players might prefer a version that separates all of vowels ா, ி, ீ, ு, ூ, ெ, ே, ை, ொ, ோ, ௌ and ் from their consonants. They can easily modify the dictionary at their own wish by using computer program and using unicode font for their own used tiles. People can refer to here what Tamil letter that each character maps to in the Tamil dictionary.
    Valluvan font, attached in Font.zip zip file in my post 1 in this thread, or that it is available for download from Google Search engine is required to play Tamil Scrabble with my prepared dictionary. Can the Tamil dictionary be inbuilt to load that Tamil font whenever the Tamil dictionary is being loaded, if it is available in the computer already downloaded and installed, or could it be made possible to be downloaded, installed and then made use of that Tamil font whenever the Tamil dictionary is being loaded, if it is not available in the computer already downloaded and installed?

    In my post 5 in this thread, (1) all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary. I am running out of 8 bit characters for sure when I am trying to avoid those with ASCII value of 0 to 31 and those with non-ASCII value of 128 to 159. (2) I raised points for some of the Tamil consonant letters because computer ignores playing them frequently and they stagnate in computer's rack at the end of the played game. I am sure enough that raising points for some of the Tamil consonant letters would be effective for human players also and no two letter words can be formed out of them.
    In this post 7 of mine in this thread, in my newly attached version of Tamil dictionary in Tamil.zip zip file, it seems that comma character is also not allowed in words. In my previously prepared version of Tamil dictionary, I used comma character for lowercase ASCII character of x. (1) Saved files use comma character for separators of letters and history and that can cause confusion to the program while loading them. (2) When I checked the letters that are remaining in the bag, the comma separator got changed to x separator. (3) Also in the messages and the game course, the comma separated list of played words became modified to x separated list of played words. As a result of it, I changed the comma character in the Tamil dictionary to ý, a non-ASCII character which was not used by the Tamil dictionary even after all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters.

    It seems that random seed that is generated for any of game that is played in Scrabble3D application gets only known to players after that game is saved and saved file is opened for viewing the random seed that is generated by the program, isn't it?

    I have once again attached set of programs I have used to prepare the Tamil dictionary from the Tamil Lexicon published by the University of Madras under the name of Code.zip zip file. It is the same as Tamil.zip zip file that I attached in my post 1 in this thread, except for a few more new programs that I have added to it.
    symbol.py python script replaces ($, %, &) by (l, p, u) in my previous version of prepared Tamil dictionary that is also attached here. To read all of the original data from symbol.dic dictionary file and to write all of the changes to convert.dic dictionary file.
    convert.py python script replaces (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, z) by ({, |, }, ~, ó, õ, ö, ü, þ, !, #, $, (, ), *, %, <, >, /, -, &, :, +, ,, ., ?) and thereby retaining the same set of symbols ($, %, &) that were previously used for (l, p, u). To read all of the original data from convert.dic dictionary file and to write all of the changes to replace.dic dictionary file.

    In my previous version of my prepared Tamil dictionary, I thought that only lowercase ASCII letters of l, p, u were getting confused with their uppercase equivalents whenever Tamil dictionary was loaded by the Scrabble3D application. Later I observed that e also had the same behaviour, so that I felt that it would be best enough to change all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary. You can also test out that flaw by yourself with the convert.dic dictionary file with meanings of words and convert_lexicon.dic dictionary file without meanings of words that I attached under Defective.zip zip file in my post 49 of thread 'Unfixed bugs in Scrabble3D application' in 'Bug reports and suggestions' forum in 'English' group, if you think that lowercase characters do not converted to their uppercase equivalents on loading the dictionary. Uppercase ASCII letters and lowercase ASCII letters both of them are used in those 2 dictionaries without converting all of the lowercase ASCII characters are converted into symbols and other non-ASCII characters which were not used by the Tamil dictionary. More information about case conversion of all of the ASCII letters and accented non-ASCII letters in my post 49 of that thread only.

    If you are considering uploading Tamil dictionary to sourceforge for use by everyone, may be only after running some of the consistency checks from your own side, then you can also consider updating the other dictionaries that have not been updated for ages. I have created my own dictionaries for the same and put them in my own dictionary folder, and that is good enough for playing against other computer opponent players and other human opponent players offline in my same computer. And certainly not at all for playing with other human opponent players online in different computers over a network connection.
    (1) The English dictionary, UK or International version, not the default category which is USA and Canada version could be made to point to CSW2019 dictionary. Same can also be done also for the default category which is USA and Canada version, but I suggest that you search for it by yourself on the web to find out the latest version of that by yourself. Actually that CSW2019 dictionary is made use of for all of Scrabble tournaments in India and I am just fine enough to keep the latest version being updated of that dictionary only. Here is the link to the CSW2019 dictionary which is the latest version of the English dictionary, UK or International version, not the default category which is USA and Canada version.

    Whenever definitions of words are included in language dictionary, then it is very nice for tooltip text for words meaning are displayed whenever mouse hovers over the placed word in the Scrabble word in played game in Scrabble3D application.
    (2) Can maths dictionary be modified to include more equations, and all of equations that are less than, say, 13 characters in length. For best results, it would be good enough to parse over each maths equation that is played by any of the human players or that is to be played by any of the computer opponent players to check for validity. And for playing a move by making use of computer opponent player, it would be good enough to parse over each maths equation. Do lexical analysis, syntax analysis and then semantic analysis by making use of context free grammar and a trie data structure.
    If human players want to play online on different computers over a network connection or offline on same computer, then they can validate by poll if a played equation is not present in the Maths dictionary. But if a player wants to play only against any of the computer opponent players, then however strong the performance of the computer may be, not including all of the maths equations can be used to limit the performance of the computer opponent players only.
    (3) English phonetic dictionary could be modified to include within the support for the following types of the diphthongs: aɪ, eɪ, ɔɪ, aʊ, oʊ, tʃ and dʒ.
    It could be made as player's choice whether they want to play any of the types of the games of the English phonetic Scrabble by making use of diphthongs or not and then also whether they want the option of allowing diphthongs to be combined from 2 monophthongs or not as well.
    In English Scrabble, at least a small fraction of words within that used dictionary containing Q exist without being followed by U.
    But in English phonetic Scrabble, not any of one single word within that used dictionary containing a exist without being followed by ɪ or ʊ. Not any of one single word within that used dictionary containing e exist without being followed by ɪ. Not any of one single word within that used dictionary containing o exist without being followed by ʊ.

    (26) In Scrabble with mathematical equations, I tried to remove ∞, < and > from the letter set and still those characters were included when the program asked me what letter I wanted to substitute for blank tile, I think.
    That was why I am asking you about it and confirming with you about it. Can it take characters only from the letter set or all of those characters that are present in the dictionary? What about that for random tiles? Anyway that you have already answered my own question. I will also check with it once again from my own side.

    For English, it need not be always and only from A to Z. Some digraph tiles may be introduced and dictionary may be twisted to induce fun in the game. Or some rarely used letters might be omitted from the game, for example in a 9×9 board with 50 tiles only. I was actually about it asking in that case only.

    There is no meaningful mathematical equation with the symbol of ∞. < and > will take a range of values on left hand side and right hand side instead of one single value and it will allow players to form wild mathematical equations with high scoring points as per player's wish. That is why it would always be better enough to avoid all of those symbols there, in any game to play of Scrabble with mathematical equations only.

    (27) Is 0 to 131071 (2¹⁷ - 1) the exact range of values that the random seed can take, that is generated at the start of the played game, that is seen when the game is saved to a .SSG file?
    If that is the case, then by birthday paradox, in O(√131072) played games, exactly at least 427 played games by my count, there is 50% probability that same random seed will be generated again.
    At least you could consider raising that to 2³¹ - 1. In my own humble opinion, the ideal upper limit for that feature is actually 2⁶³ - 1 only.

    (29) Are = (equals) and ; (semicolon) the only reserved symbols in dictionary words to separate the meanings and categories, and every other symbol can be used for words and their own meanings?

    I hope that it will all be useful to other people as well whoever makes use of Scrabble3D application and refers to these posts in this thread in this forum during the future period of time only.
    I will not bother you too much with any questions about Scrabble3D application again. You may please consider my own contribution of Tamil Scrabble to Scrabble3D application, and if you would ever want to, you can also consider Perfect Squares, Triangular Numbers, etc. and so on for a bizarre and different experience. And even Perfect Cubes but I think that Perfect Cubes are rare and it is rather impossible to play Perfect Cubes flexibly enough at least with too few number of tiles in the rack only with, in any game to play of Perfect Cube Scrabble.

    I have made a few corrections to Tamil dictionary. You may consider uploading Tamil dictionary to the server if you want to. My Tamil dictionary contains 115914 words.
    Most, if not all words are there in Tamil dictionary. There are multiple inflections for each verb in Tamil language and not everything of that type is there.
    This is only to limit the performance of the computer opponent players but human players playing online in different computers or offline in same computer can validate by poll if word played is not in Tamil dictionary.

    I thought that uppercase versus lowercase confusion happened for computer opponent players only for letters L, P and U and that was what was reflected in my previous dictionary.
    But in 3D Tamil Scrabble, 15×15×15 board with 1000 tiles, uppercase E was confused with lowercase e. I changed the dictionary to replace all of lowercase letters with other symbols.
    Accented non-ASCII characters such as é and è will not get converted to their uppercase characters while loading the dictionary, isn't it? There are at least 152 different characters used in Tamil dictionary.

    Valluvan Font from Font.zip zip file attached in post 1 in this thread is needed to play Tamil Scrabble properly. Or it is available for download somewhere online, people can search for it on Google and get it.

    Tamil.dic from Tamil.zip zip file attached in this post in this thread contains all of words and their meanings, for slow loading and file size is big enough already.
    Tamizh.dic contains only words and without their meanings, for fast loading and file size is small enough already.

    Tamil Scrabble has been designed and developed by Santhana (kris_rs on Twitter) in a different way. He kept consonants separate and all of the vowels separate, ா, ி, ீ, ு, ூ, ெ, ே, ை, ொ, ோ, ௌ and ். And joining ஔ into one single tile, rather than keeping it separate as two different tiles ஒ and ள. And not merging these frequently used vowels with their consonants together: ி, ீ, ு, ூ and ். And not keeping ஔ tile separate as two different tiles ஒ and ள.
    Under the name of சொற்களம் (Sorkalam), it is available for play at Untangle India, Teynampet, Chennai. Although under the current COVID-19 situations and curfews and lockdowns throughout the city, it is not possible to move around anywhere easily in the city and many places are closed right now. It would be worth a try once after the COVID-19 situation is over, last patient recovers. And by either containing the virus or by developing a vaccine for it.

    Unlike other bulletin boards, it is surprising that even ordinary users who are not administrators can create their own forum and be a moderator for it in this bulletin board. However, many features that are offered by other bulletin boards are missing in this bulletin board.
    For example, it is impossible to see what users are currently viewing a specific thread. Number of views by other users can be seen only for images that are attached inline, but not for the images that are not attached inline. So not for the other attached file formats which cannot be placed inline in any way.
    Users can be classified into guest users (who cannot be shown to other registered users as viewing any thread, but that their view count for viewed inline images that are attached in any post are also included) and registered users (who can be shown to other registered users as viewing any thread, but that their view count for viewed inline images that are attached in any post are also included).

    Information about editing a post later on, once after that it has been posted is also not shown in this bulletin board, and that feature would be commonly available in other bulletin boards.

    I built a provisional dictionary for Tamil Scrabble, which is in the zip file Lexicon.zip (maximum of upto 12 MB of file size format can be attached here just simply, and let me know if whether this is combined for all of the attached set of file sizes or if whether it is for individual file size). I am not considering other Indian languages like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam right now because there are too many letters. There are 4 varieties of each hard consonant and unlike Tamil (and Malayalam) the vowel symbols for ா, ெ, ே, ை, ொ, ோ and ௌ are not separated.
    Native name for Tamil is தமிழ். Administrators might consider uploading Tamil dictionary to server if they would want to.

    In my version, the tiles for letters ஔ, ா, ெ, ே and ை are kept separate. But the vowels ி, ீ, ு, ூ and ் are combined with their respective consonants and single tile exist for these vowels as consonant - vowel pairs.
    If anyone wants, they can modify the dictionary to keep the consonants and vowels ா, ி, ீ, ு, ூ, ெ, ே, ை, ொ, ோ, ௌ and ் separately. And ஔ joined if they would want to. This can be done by a computer program using unicode characters, by referring to below what each character in the dictionary corresponds to what Tamil letter.



    I got all Tamil words with meanings from the Tamil lexicon, the digital South Asia library published by the University of Madras, by searching with option 'Words beginning with' and to 'Search entry words only (not definitions)'.

    Searching for all of 36 Tamil letters from which any word can possibly start with, namely, அ, ஆ, இ, ஈ, உ, ஊ, எ, ஏ, ஐ, ஒ, ஓ, ஔ, ஃ, க, ங, ச, ஞ, ட, ண, த, ந, ப, ம, ய, ர, ல, வ, ழ, ள, ற, ன, ஸ, ஜ, ஷ, ஹ and ஶ. Words starting with க்ஷ also start with க and words starting with ஶ்ரீ also start with ஶ.

    That would produce a XML file of all search results with words, definitions and other attributes by viewing raw page source of the results page in the web browser, which can be easily copied and pasted into a text editor.
    My final Tamil dictionary file in Lexicon.zip zip file contains 115914 words. My Tamil.zip zip file contains 4 pass python scripts, tamil.py, read.py, write.py and lexicon.py in order to do with these following tasks:

    Assuming that the files stored from above 36 search results are named as 0.txt, ..., 9.txt, a.txt, ..., z.txt, tamil.py converts XML raw page source to word=meaning format.
    read.py: To drop off needless characters from words like superscript notation numbers, < and process words with space, -, (, ), [ and ] as follows:
    After replacing a(b)c with a(b)-c,
    Input word: a, output word: a
    Input word: a-b, output words: a, b, ab
    Input word: a(b)-c, output words: a, abc, if space in a then left, right, left right concatenation are considered. If b = ளு then last letter in a or last 2 unicode characters in a are not dropped if and only if they end with ி, ெ and ொ. For b = லு: if and only if they end with ெ and ொ. For b = ணு, if and only if they end with ு and உ. For b = னு, if and only if they end with ி and ெ. For all other values of b except when there are 2 Tamil letters or 3 unicode characters between brackets, last letter in a or last 2 unicode characters in a are not dropped.
    Input word: a(b)-c(d)e, output words: a, abde with the same conditions as above.
    Input word: a-b (c), output words: a, c with the same conditions as above. If space in a then left, right, left right concatenation are considered. If space in c then left, right, left right concatenation are considered.
    Input word: a(b)-c (d), output words: a, abc, d with the same conditions as above.
    Input word: a(b)-c(d)e (f), output words: a, abde, f with the same conditions as above.
    Input word: a b, output words: a, b, ab after dropping off ending letters like ச் and த் in a. A decision was also made to avoid joining ab in case that b began with a vowel for 3 words, but eventually later on I dropped off with that idea.
    Input word a b-c, output words: a, b, ab, bc, abc after dropping off ending letters like ச் and த் in a. If letters like தா end in b, then it is changed to தரு on merging it with c.
    There are small number of changes that have been made under some exceptional cases like replacing -- with - and trimming off last letter - each of which might occur for only one single word in the dictionary.
    One letter words are dropped until they have a meaning themselves and not simply defined as a compound of consonant + vowel.
    write.py converts all of Tamil words in unicode format to Valluvan font format. One letter words in Valluvan font format are dropped in this process and words containing ஶ but not ஶ்ரீ are dropped off since ஶ character is not used in Valluvan font format.
    lexicon.py removes 4 duplicate words that are being starting off with கௌ, replaces $, %, & for ப், ல் and ன் respectively since their uppercase and lowercase equivalents of L, P and U had been confused by Scrabble3D application, drops off 2 words starting with க் and 1 word starting with ர், replaces 2 words with dropped off ஶ letter with ஶ்ரீ and drops off 23 words with missing ஶ. Such words can be filtered by their pronunciation containing š that is given in the second word separated by space in all of the word meanings. š is not necessarily only used for ஶ but also for ச, ஸ and ஷ and so it requires human intervention to separate the actual ஶ missing words.
    In read.py and lexicon.py, resulting duplicate words with different meaning are comma separated and merged with each other.
    During all the 4 phases, small corrections are done to some of the dictionary words.
    ஶ letter is dropped in a large number of words in Tamil lexicon dictionary that is available at the above mentioned website page only.

    Tamil.zip zip file also includes 3 other non-passing of dictionary words related python scripts, but they are used to do other tasks when related to the Tamil Scrabble played game.
    frequency.py lists frequency of occurrence of each Tamil letter per thousand letters and total count is given in brackets. Because letters are added to python dictionary and are listed directly in order from that hash set, they are not sorted. Sorting can be done by some online tool although some human intervention is needed to sort some special characters ஃ, ஶ்ரீ, ா, ெ, ே and ை and digraphs from 0 - 9 are used but that single letter is not used in Valluvan font format at all for ஶூ, ஸு, ஜு, ஷு, ஹு, ஶு, ஸூ, ஜூ, ஷூ and ஹூ respectively.
    tamizh.py removes all of the word meanings in the tamil.dic file and creates new file format without all of the word meanings: tamizh.dic. Either tamil.dic or tamizh.dic can be used for loaded dictionary in Scrabble3D application. tamil.dic is attached in Lexicon.zip zip file format but tamizh.dic is not attached, it can be generated by using computer program tamizh.py that is attached in Tamil.zip zip file format. If there is ; in definition then while hovering mouse over played word in Scrabble board of Scrabble3D application, tooltip text definition upto that point is shown. If any player wants to see entire long meaning as defined in dictionary file, then it is good to change ; to some other character either by using computer program or by using replace function of text editor. I am not sure if whether the tooltip text definition in Scrabble3D application is limited to some number of characters or not. I am not sure if whether that definition shown is trimmed if it exceeds a certain number of characters or not.
    find.py is used as a Tamil Scrabble helper to find a word after parsing through all words in the dictionary and prints the word only and not the meaning. It can be in command prompt with not correctly showing all of the non-ASCII characters or text editor with correctly showing all of the non-ASCII characters. The python script can be edited to output the meaning also although that is needless and just space consuming if it were outputted to a file. Meaning is only used for stylish tooltip text definition and not important for Scrabble played game. Input should be given as a set of characters and my python script searches for words which are a strict subset of these set of letters. These letters may be entirely the set of tiles from the rack with zero or one tile extra with or without the one placed on the Scrabble board in the played game or a player's own desired creation and search query.
    For python 2, hexagonal escape sequence byte value pairs has to be given for accented and non-ASCII characters for the input set of letters and characters, to be searched for a subset after parsing through all of the available and possible words in the dictionary, but with python 3 it works out properly although some syntax changes to the code have to be made like and such as those as division returning quotient value only should be replaced from / to //. Print statement should be replaced from print x to print(x).
    If ord(c) value of character is between 128 and 191, then in python 2, replacement value of first byte is 194 and that of second byte is ord(c). If ord(c) value of character is between 192 and 255, then in python 2, replacement value of first byte is 195 and that of second byte is ord(c) - 64.

    For the demo game which is shown in screenshot above 20 tiles are used in rack. There are 152 distinct Tamil characters which are used in the dictionary, so greater number of tiles in rack offers greater flexibility. Using 20 tiles in rack offers lot of permutations of letters, but it did not slow down the computer opponent players' performance, so I bet that trie data structure is used for storing the dictionary and the search function for all of the defined words in it as well. I started a played game but uppercase L, P, U were confused with their lowercase equivalents, so replacing them with $, % and & I ran a demo to check out if whether everything is in the right place.
    In my home made version of the played game of Tamil Scrabble, in which board and tiles were made on chart paper pasted with gum on cardboard, cut by scissors, I used front and back tile of each tile, although this feature is not supported by Scrabble3D application. It is in line with choice of questions in Tamil assignment and examination in school days. Instead of having 20 tiles in rack with 20 letters, only 10 tiles in rack were used with 20 letters front and back, so words greater than 10 letters cannot be formed but front and back letters do not combine in a word so easily and so offers more flexibility in forming words from these Tamil tiles for all of the Tamil letters.
    Even it had a hard time in forming Tamil words, so we decided to play later on with 50 tiles per player front and back drawn at the start of a game, randomly chosen from 464 tiles. It encouraged playing long Tamil words instead of shorter ones and was best played on 21×21 Scrabble board with maximum of 200 tiles.
    First 441 tiles, on a 21×21 square were printed on a chart paper, then I added 23 more tiles when I printed the tiles needed for Scrabble with mathematical equations on a chart paper. Plenty of short words are available in English Scrabble and English phonetic Scrabble, so that played game of Scrabble board can be densely filled accommodating upto 300 tiles, but it is not the case for Tamil Scrabble and Scrabble with mathematical equations, not much closely packed tiles can be formed from them and so even 200 tiles saturate with that played game of Scrabble board.

    With 20 one sided tiles in the rack, a high scoring tile must be played or penalty for that tile if left stagnated in rack at end of played game, if any player finishes and not if all people pass.
    With 10 tiles in the rack printed front and back, a high scoring tile can be played or used for its back side cheaper one and frequently used letter. If passed away by the latter way, then no penalty for that tile if left stagnated in rack at end of played game, if any player finishes and not if all people pass.

    Probability of tiles getting left stagnated in rack at the end of played game is low for English Scrabble and English phonetic Scrabble but it is high for Scrabble with mathematical equations. But for Tamil Scrabble, players could cleverly pass away if they first use high scoring, rarely used tiles and ் combined from other low scoring and frequently used letters.

    To play Tamil Scrabble games successfully and for Tamil letters to be displayed properly in Scrabble tiles, Valluvan font format needs to be downloaded and used from Font.zip zip file. Font.zip zip file also contains other Tamil fonts, 23 of them, of which 3 of them are in Unicode format (Akshar, Latha and Vijaya), that is keyboard characters use Latin Script character set, non-ASCII character set are used for all of the accented characters and Tamil letters are only used in Unicode character set, 2 of them (Valluvan font format and Anangu Valluvar font format) uses all combined letters for ி, ீ, ு, ூ and ் for all of the accented and non-ASCII character set except for ஸு, ஜு, ஷு, ஹு, ஶு, ஸூ, ஜூ, ஷூ, ஹூ and ஶூ, while the rest 13 of them (Boopalam, Mohanam, Saraswathy, Baamini, Kanchi, Kovai, Madurai, Salem, Thanjavur, Tirunelveli, Tiruvarur, Trichy and Vellore) uses limited number of characters only that are available in the keyboard and so consonants and even vowels for ி, ீ, ு, ூ and ் are separately included them until they are heavily modified in writing form that a separate character cannot be for them at all.
    It would be good if in Scrabble3D application, for played moves shown in Messages menu bar and for move validation by the current player and all of the human opponent players that a certain word is not in dictionary, accept anyway, the same font is used for those words that is used for tile set just in case that non-Latin script letters are used for the directly keyboard typed characters.

    This is the frequency of occurrence of each Tamil letter in Tamil dictionary per thousand letters and total count is given in brackets. Players can choose their own letter distribution in Tamil Scrabble at their own wish based upon this data.
    I have also included what each 8-bit character corresponds to what Tamil letter in Valluvan font format in brackets. My desired points of each Tamil tile for non-Sanskrit characters in my own make of Tamil Scrabble that had been printed on chart paper front and back side pasted with gum on cardboard and cut with scissors are also given here in subscript notation in brackets. The same points for each Tamil tile can also be used in Scrabble3D application.
    My own make of Tamil Scrabble had no use of Sanskrit characters. Sanskrit characters are ஸ, ஜ, ஷ, ஹ and ஶ. ஸ, ஜ, ஷ and ஹ but not ஶ are used in tamil.dic dictionary file that is being attached in Lexicon.zip zip file. tamizh.dic without meanings of words can be generated from tamil.dic with meanings of words by using my own python script tamizh.py as a computer program that is being attached in Tamil.zip zip file.

    Random tiles with any desired letter frequencies for different Scrabble board games to be played can be always generated by using a computer program and not necessarily depending upon Scrabble3D application at all. For different board sizes and for different total count of number of tiles used in game that is played.
    Scrabble3D application has got a feature to generate not more than 100 number of random tiles to use in a game but that would always be generating all of the different letters and characters that is used in the letter set with equal probability only. It will not respect the frequency of occurrence of each letter and character in the loaded dictionary and used dictionary at all, isn't it?
    A dictionary need not necessarily always be for a language but also Scrabble with mathematical equations or a special subset of numbers like and such as those as prime numbers, perfect square numbers, perfect cube numbers, triangular numbers, etc. and so on.

    Creating any user's own forum is possible in this bulletin board and this feature is not available in many of the other bulletin boards. Usually it would be only possible for the website page owner but usually it would not be available for non-administrators and non-supermods at the very least, but request could be made and suggestion could be given to the website page owner to create new forums as required. I think that here any user can be moderator of the forum which that very specific and particular user had actually created with, exactly and precisely.

    Tamil0.png image is attached, it is a demo game only. Due to confusion between uppercase letters L, P, U with their lowercase equivalents by the computer, I had to abort the human played game. Computer demo was very useful to check out and find out if everything had been in the right place.
    Because it is just a demo game, the game file in .ssg format has not been saved at the end of the played game and only board image is available and not saved game played in .ssg format. So, there is no modification in Game.zip zip file that was attached from its own last time, let alone, but only for Board.zip zip file.     I think that it would be better to replace ∜ by mod (remainder obtained whenever one number is divided by another number). Although no equation present in maths dictionary make use of mod, so it has to be manually validated always, not useful against computer opponent players but only with human opponent players. We can manually build up a maths dictionary, but number of mathematical equations is unrestricted. Where do you think that the precedence of mod operator goes on?

    Computer programming languages also make use of special operators like bitwise and, bitwise or, bitwise xor, left shift, right shift, etc. but they are not fundamental operators that are taught at primary school levels. Because computer is binary system, they are suitable and used for binary computer systems. Including them means that too many secondary operators will be included into the letter set. But making use of that mod, it is only a basic operator and not a contrived operator at all whatever ever.

    In the Wikipedia page for Scrabble tile distributions, in IPA English, in the tile distribution with use of diphthongs (and not the alternate one by Scrabble3D without use of diphthongs), the phoneme ɝ is missing from the tile set. Or is that intentionally done so with the aim of substituting some other phoneme for it?
    There are currently 106 tiles that are being defined in the tile set. In my humble opinion, 3 extra ɝ and 1 extra ŋ could be added up to the tile set, thereby bring the total count of used tiles to 110 there.

    Thank you for your clarification. You can reply remaining questions at your own pace, whenever you are free. There is no rush at all. Short, one line answers like what you did are enough.
    Anyway you have already clarified with my important doubts, the other questions are less important for me with regards to the game. They are mostly about design only and not about game elements at all.

    Are you really sure that all the letters in the dictionary get converted into their uppercase equivalents while loading a dictionary? I tried out with a test dictionary with words 21, 12, a1 ... z1, 1a ... 1z (a total of 54 words) and by substituting uppercase letters in letter set for their lowercase equivalents in the dictionary, the words were invalid. Same might hold true for accented characters in the letter set also. You gave a different reply, just I thought that I would clarify with you about that.

    (26) What are the possible values that a blank can take? What about that for all of the random tiles? Can it take only all letters defined in letter set or all those used in dictionary words, even including the rare ones? Or is that the set of letters defined in the header information in dictionaries like maths? This is not a requirement field in the header information and not all defined dictionaries in the dictionary folder have it, so I bet that it cannot be that. In the Wikipedia page for letter distribution, if Latin Scrabble, if blank is substituted for rarely used letters not in letter set such as Y it should be worth 10 points, 15 points for Z and 20 points for K. These types of things are not configurable in Scrabble3D application, isn't it, even if you define points in letter set of each tile whether its total predefined count in the game is zero or not, excluding blank and random elements?

    (27) In the saved game files, what is the range of values that random seed generated automatically can take? Large values are also valid and works fine, isn't it, although such large values can be defined in the saved game files only manually and they will not be taken up automatically at all?
    If it were only a small number, then with the same game configuration and settings, then with O(√N) probability, where N is the upper limit, the same played game can be repeated again by birthday paradox. Although if some player places fewer letters in the same turn, then the game words that are played will be automatically changed. Does that mean that if a player places one lesser tile when compared to another game, then the first tile picked for the next player will match the one with the last tile picked if that current player also places that one more tile in the board only in the current game? But the pseudorandom number sequence can pick up different tiles depending upon the number of tiles remaining in the bag or if extra moves are induced by swapping of tiles. Is what is generated a pseudorandom number sequence with values between 0 and 1 and the tile picked in the bag will be based upon that value with all of the remaining tiles in the bag?
    If random seed generates the same sequence of pseudorandom number sequence, then it will not be a problem at all in case of crash to continue the saved game from the save point and the same sequence of moves will only be played, if ever we were to remember the word play sequence and play it, whether it is in short term or long term. The computer opponent players, I believe that, do not play different words in any given board position, given the play strength that define them with, always. I just wanted to clarify with you, not willing to experiment that out with by myself and not get upset in case of a different word play sequence happening as well, with.
    Only that this would work out fine enough if the game were saved in such a situation of a crash and only after saving a game, users can always come to know about of the random number element seed that is generated, that is being used for the game, isn't it? For online games, this is out of question, since local copies of games can be saved only after game ends. Games will be anyway saved online in the server and can be restored from the server in case of a crash or situations such as these and may be that administrators may be able to access online game element information for the online games when it is in progress and not ordinary users at all, isn't it?

    (22) For online play, a single rating system is used irrespective of what dictionary is used for the played games. It is not kept separate for different dictionaries used, isn't it?
    (23) In an online game against other human opponent players in different computers, or in offline games against other human players in the same computer, the tiles that other human opponent players hold and the tiles other human opponent players have marked for swapping will not be known while the game is in progress. They will be known only after the game has ended, isn't it? The same statement is not true for other computer opponent players, isn't it? By the way that any computer opponent player is only available for play offline and not online.

    Other issues / bugs in Scrabble3D application:
    (24) While kibitzing an other people's played game online, many of the menu bar features including File -> Load remote game are disabled. They will not be enabled at all even after those played games get completed. I think that this type of thing will not happen at all when I am playing my own game online. It is even possible to load any remote game from the server then.

    New Feature Suggestions:
    (25) For online play, while loading a remote game stored in the server, the played time that is shown in the Messages menu bar for each played move in the game history is the current time.     (15) Can random tile generated be a blank also? Or that it can be only one from among the other letters that are defined in the letter set? If the random tile generated is a blank, then its value can always be zero only or that it can be non-zero also? If it can be non-zero, then what are the range of the possible values that it can take with?

    Other issues / bugs in Scrabble3D application:
    (16) For online play, how can I set the country and city in my server account profile? No need to answer this question - I have figured this out by myself. So, I am listing this out as an issue / bug instead of as a question.
    In Windows 10 operating system of this version (may be that it is also applicable for some of other operating systems as well, I can confirm it only when I test out Scrabble3D application with all operating systems that I do not have access to right now), when players try to log in to the network, the country and city fields get disappeared at the bottom of the log in page and may be a small portion of the Country and City text are visible in it from which I figured it out. The page is not also scrollable horizontally with mouse or keyboard and so those fields can only be filled with the keyboard by using Tab key to switch over the filling cursor to the next text box. What operating system are you using and how does that page fair in the operating system which you are using? If possible, can you post here a screenshot of that page from your side so that I can get a better idea about whether the same problem also exists for you or not?

    (17) For online play, for the total number of played games by a player, if one player disconnects from network and logs in again to the network and joins the remote game which is in progress, then one extra game is recorded as played. I think that I played only 2 online games but the game count is showing as 3 because I disconnected and connected again an online game when it was in progress.
    (18) In an online game, when one or more of the other opponent players are online, then if one player disconnects from network and logs in again to the network and joins the remote game which is in progress, then this player is shown to be in a different game from the remaining players playing the same game in the server, although they are all playing the same game only in the server.
    In this case, if one player invites another player to their played game, then they can also be able to join it. So, in this case, if one player makes a move if he / she is shown to be in a different played game in the server (whether he / she invites another player to their played game or not), then will that move get reflected for other players also whoever are shown to be in a different played game in the server? If that one player makes a move that is not in the dictionary, then after validation by the player making the move, will it ask for validation by other opponent players by poll whoever are all online whoever are shown to be in a different played game in the server?
    (19) If blank is used for a letter that has zero points in the letter set, then star (or whatever symbol is used for joker in settings) is not shown in the tile in the bottom right corner (I doubt whether it is possible to change this place also in settings). For example, the = tile in Scrabble with mathematical equations. Anyway that blank tiles have only zero points always whether it is used for a letter with zero points or not in the letter set, and I also know that it is possible to use a different symbol for random tiles and it is possible to change that also in settings. This can be used to avoid confusion with the predefined count of other tiles in the letter set and can be used to get information about what other tiles are remaining in the bag at the end of the played game, so that the players can plan their endgame strategy based upon their knowledge of tiles left at end of played game. There can be random tiles also left in the bag in such situations and it can be anything to plan the endgame strategy, but the value of the tile will not change from the value of that random letter which is generated, that is defined in the letter set. Isn't it?
    (20) In the load dictionaries page of the Scrabble3D application, in the headings 'Native' and 'English' are interchanged. Under the 'Native' heading comes the list of English names for the different languages that are available for use for any games to play there, while under the 'English' heading comes the list of Native names for the different languages that are available for use for any games to play there.

    New Feature Suggestions (only if you are interested in this suggestion and only if you have the time and are willing to work out upon a newer version of release of Scrabble3D application during the future period of time later on. Current source code is freely available in sourceforge and can be downloaded and modified by other people. It is currently in Free Pascal, you may be willing to write a newer version of release in C++ so that many other people would know that language also. May be that you alone may consider working out upon a newer version of release or some other contributors might be interested in joining you or not and you may also consider them to join you or not):
    (21) There could be an option to have a bonus for different size of words that are played. Small words played can have zero or small bonus, while large words played can have non-zero or large bonus. Whether there are 7 tiles in rack for English Scrabble or 10 tiles in rack for Scrabble with mathematical equations, bingo bonus is applicable strictly only when all of the tiles in the rack are used for play. There can be different bonus for 7 letter words, 8 letter words, 9 letter words and 10 letter words which can be increasing (or not) in number of points. They can be either zero points or a small number of points that can be changed by using some type of settings option.     Please clarify my doubts about Scrabble3D application:
    (1) A: 85, B: 23, C: 36, D: 41, E: 117, F: 17, G: 30, H: 25, I: 82, J: 6, K: 15, L: 54, M: 29, N: 58, O: 62, P: 29, Q: 4, R: 67, S: 67, T: 57, U: 39, V: 12, W: 13, X: 7, Y: 18, Z: 7
    In Scrabble3D application, is it possible to pick up 100 tiles at random from the above 1000 tiles for a 15×15 board? If so, how is it possible to do that?
    I don't want to have, for example, 90 predefined tiles in the letter set and 10 tiles chosen at random. I want the entire tile set to be chosen at random, and if the entire letter set is defined as 0 tiles each and 100 random tiles, then will the random letter set respect the above letter frequency? If is it possible to make the random letter set to respect the above letter frequency, how is it possible to do that? It seems that Scrabble3D application does not allow more than 100 random tiles per game even if anyone is playing on a 45×45 board with a 1000 tile set.
    (2) If random tiles are used, then will the random tiles be decided at the start of the game or during the turn when the random tiles are got by the players? Will the random tiles chosen and ultimate tile distribution be known to the players at the start of the game, so that the players can plan their endgame strategy based upon their knowledge of tiles left at end of game?
    Putting this question in another way, if the random tile is swapped, then when it comes again into one of the player's rack, will it come as the same letter or as some other letter?
    (3) Every saved game is saved with a random seed. My 3D English Scrabble game with 1000 tiles in a 15×15×15 cubic board crashed when 300 tiles were remaining and I closed the Scrabble3D application without saving the game. It was saved when there were 600 tiles remaining. So, if the same sequence of moves are played by me and all of computer players from the save point (at least for one round), then will the same set of tiles will be drawn in the rack or will different set of tiles be drawn in the rack (at least during the second round)? I mean this during the unsaved run of the played game.
    (4) Are letters in Scrabble3D application letter set case sensitive or case insensitive? I mean, if two words Hello and hello are defined in a dictionary, then they will be treated as the same word or as different words? Can upper case H in letter set be used for lower case h in dictionary? Can lower case h in letter set be used for upper case H in dictionary? What about the accented characters, for example, É and é, are they also case sensitive?
    I tried out simulating Tamil Scrabble in Scrabble3D application and since it has at least 152 distinct characters used, I used uppercase A-Z, lowercase a-z, uppercase accented characters, lowercase accented characters and more. I noticed that lowercase L, P and U were getting freely interchanged with their uppercase equivalents.
    (5) Games played online with other human players are archived after 14 days. Is it possible to retrieve the archived game back, which disappears from File -> Load Remote Game list after 14 days? If so, how?
    If an online game is in progress and if one player does not take his / her turn for 14 days, will he / she lose on time and will it be archived (if played with no time limit restrictions at all)? Or will an online game will be archived after 14 days only after the game has been completed?
    (6) In an online game, if any one player plays a word that is not in the dictionary, then all the other opponent players will be asked for validation by a poll if they all agree to the word (if the player placing the word accepts the word for himself / herself). This works fine when all the other opponent players are online.
    In Scrabble3D application, it is possible to take turn also when some or all of other opponent players are offline and play games as a correspondence game spanning over several days. If some of the opponent players are offline, then validation will be asked only for players who are online at the moment or validation will be awaited until all opponent players come online? Putting this question in another way, in a two player online game, if the other player is offline, then validation of a word played not in dictionary will be asked only for that one single player who places that word?
    In an online game, when one or more of the other opponent players are online, then if one player disconnects from network and logs in again to the network and joins the remote game which is in progress, then this player is shown to be in a different game from the remaining players playing the same game in the server, although they are all playing the same game only in the server. In this case, if one player invites another player to their played game, then they can also be able to join it. So, in this case, if one player makes a move that is not in the dictionary, then after validation by the player making the move, will it ask for validation by other opponent players by poll whoever are all online whoever are shown to be in a different played game in the server?
    (7) If an online game is started with a custom dictionary that does not come with inbuilt Scrabble3D application pack (for example CSW2019, the latest version of UK / International English dictionary), then will that dictionary be uploaded to the server and made usable or downloaded for all the opponent players whoever have been invited to that played game?
    (8) [No need to answer this question - everything is explained clearly in Scrabble3D Wiki pages] What are the differences between Takeback, Poll and Challenge word check modes?

    Less important questions:
    (9) If duplicate words are defined in a dictionary with different meanings and categories, then what meaning and category will be shown in tooltip text of that placed word in a Scrabble board if mouse is hovered over it? First definition, second definition or both definitions separated by a comma or what? If the same duplicate word is defined in two different categories in dictionary, then will that word be eliminated from play in a game only if both those categories have been unchecked and not even when zero or one of those two categories have been unchecked?
    (10) Consider a 45×45 board played with 1000 tiles. With the mouse or with the distance slider in 2D view perspective category, it is possible to zoom in the board to the centre. Is it not possible to zoom in to the other parts of the board?
    With the translation slider, it is possible to move the board up and down, although extreme zooming in of topmost or bottommost parts of the board might not be possible at all. Is it possible to zoom in to the leftmost or rightmost parts of the board? If so, how?
    (11) To check whether a letter set or number of tiles in rack is flexible enough for a dictionary, demo can be run. Demo is always run with 4 computer players and whenever a demo game is completed, a new game is started automatically only after destroying all data from the completed game. Demo game data is also destroyed whenever the demo is stopped and during a demo many menu items are disabled from access.
    Is it possible to save a demo game when it is completed? If so, how? Can a demo be simulated with less than 4 computer players only? If so, how?
    (12) A local copy can be saved for an online game when it is completed and when it remains in the File -> Load Remote Game list for 14 days after the game is completed. Is it possible to store local copies of online games when they are in progress? If so, how?
    (13) For online games, best move option will be enabled only after the game is completed and not when the game is in progress, isn't it? Best move option is useful at the end of the game to check out if any valid moves exist to push away as many tiles as possible to score more points and to reduce penalty from left over tiles in the rack.

    Spot the bingo in this board position.
    These are good puzzles to give to people who are interested in scrabble with mathematical equations.
    I would not post anything furthermore about things that are not related to conventional English Scrabble in the KSSA main group since majority of subscribed players are not interested in it.
    But you had shown interest in them before itself.
    (My previously sent images and posted messages to you contain information and details about all of these types of solutions, I believe in them so).





    My attached file in previous post number 34 in this thread in this forum contains with 3 python scripts.

    filter.py to remove the header information and definitions from .dic files and generate a new filtered (language and) dictionary file that contains with plain pure list of words only.
