There are two flavours of Scrabble3D available for Apple computers, both with major limitations and therefore labeled as test*.
The first "Test-Scrabble3D-darwin.zip" contains the recent release supporting complete functionality. This includes multithreading, networking und OpenGL. But no special graphics are painted, e.g. no progress bar, no indication of currently placed letters, no symbols at the status bar, no italic font for files to be downloaded in game option menus and no dragimages.
The version "Test-Scrabble3D-darwin_Qt4.zip" is developed for Qt4 Framework and needs it to run. With Qt most graphics should work (except dragimages and some stuff in pulldown menus). Unfortunately, Qt4 implementation has no OpenGL binding yet so a 3D game becomes more difficult.
Both version have the recent development state (beta 21).

I updated MacOS X versions to the latest release. Both are still under development, and can be found therefore at Main_Program / Test, but I'm looking forward to manage a full working release soon.

The first official MacOS release is available. Look for Scrabble3D-darwin.dmg at Main_Program/MacOS. The dmg is quite big due to the fact that a special framework is part of the bundle. The downloaded dmg can be opened and copied whereever you want. At least MacOS 10.5 is required.

Nary one feedback, neither positive nor negative.

Finally, I managed to set up a working environment and packed the 3.1.1 release again.

You may choose from either Main_Program/MacOS/Scrabble3D-darwin.pkg which installs the app to /Applications or Main_Program/Portable/Scrabble3D-darwin.dmg that is just a packed binary. The portable version will place user files at the app folder itself - make sure you have write access at the folder where you extract the app to. The installer version uses /User/.config/Scrabble3D as before.
