The post-hoc calculation of best moves generates a list of all valid words for the selected move. You will see how good your move was (despite from tactical considerations), and you can browse through the list and see what would have been possible.

I use the term dimension for the orientation of the plane (x, y, z), and position for the actual step between 1 and 15 (in case of classical boards).

The cube is rotated to zero degree. IIRC the plane position is not changed.
